 Shell of Shell’s Holistic Guidance offers consultations and Reiki sessions in person at the Family Holistic Center in Northwest Indiana or virtually. With a desire to offer affordable guidance to those seeking better health, her focus is on nutrient-dense foods, herbs, energy healing, movements, and homeopathic remedies based on client’s concerns and lifestyle.

As an adoptee reunited with her birthmother, she’s written a memoir sharing the amazing events that brought them together. An article based on their reunion was shared through Guidepost’s Mysterious Ways magazine titled “Mom’s Plan.” Shell is in the process of submitting her memoir, “Still With Us” to agents and publishing houses in hopes of publication.
